Our Guild was asked to participate this year by decorating the new "Father Christmas Welcome Centre" with our Christmas quilts and wallhangings. The Welcome Centre is right on Main St. next to Amos Pewter, come by and see us next weekend December 6 and 7, from 10am till 4pm. The town will be bustling with wagon rides, Father Christmas himself, a wonderful fantasy, magical Christmas at the Suttles and Seawinds barn, along with a gourmet food market. The shops are all decorated just waiting for shoppers! Please come for a visit and come and see our quilts! For more information on the Festival visit their website here. And check out our Christmas quilts on our Flickr page here.

We were also busy this past weekend with 2 workshops given by Sylvia Naylor, you can see her webiste here. The hall was a busy spot with sewing machines going full tilt, creativity was everywhere!
