May 26 and 27, 11:30 to 4:00  – Hover Quilting with Peter Byrne (a Zoom workshop)

Hover-quilting is a new form of raw edge appliqué, with no fusible web. This innovative technique produces not only a beautiful controlled frayed edge. Workshops cover a variety of techniques and topics, and the Guild takes pride in the calibre of instruction provided. Where possible, workshops are held in person at Trinity United Church, Mahone Bay. We also frequently host workshops by international instructors via Zoom. Members enjoy low workshop fees while benefitting from a small group size, usually 12-15. One-day workshops are generally $35 for members.
