Boutique Sales Submission Form The form will be available on this page from August 1 to 29, 2026 below the instructions.
- Please note there is a change in closing date due to a changeover in website managers.
- You must be an active member of the Mahone Bay Quilters Guild by August 29, 2026 in order to enter items in our boutique.
- If you submit items to the boutique, you are expected to volunteer to work a shift during the Quilt Show.
- If you have registered a quilt/product in the quilt show and noted that you wish to sell it, you do not need to submit a separate boutique registration form as we will cross reference those forms. You need to submit the form online for each different product you plan to sell. Here are some examples:
- If you have three zippered pouches to sell at the same price, you only need one registration form. They might be different patterns, colours, or sizes but they only require one form. If you have other zippered pouches at different prices, they would need to be a separate registration form.
- If you have a baby quilt, 5 pillow cases, 6 ornaments that might be different but are at the same price and 3 mug rugs, you will need to enter four registration forms.
- If you are donating items for the Guild to sell, where all the proceeds go to the Guild, then please fill out a registration form for each different product and ensure you mark it as a donation.
- When you list your price on your form, please understand that 15% of the price will be going to the Guild. The Boutique at our Quilt Show is one of the ways our Guild raises money to support our activities.
- Between September 10 and 17th we expect to have all the registration forms completely uploaded to a database so you will have a confirmation email back by September 18th at the latest. That email will include a unique identifying number (SKU) for each product you have registered to sell, including quilts/products listed for sale in the main part of the show.
- All products must have a price tag that includes that SKU securely fastened to them when they are dropped off. We will provide sample images with your confirmation email.
- Boutique items are to be dropped off on Thursday, September 24th between 10 a.m. and noon.
- Items not sold can be picked up on Sunday, September 27th between 4:15 p.m. and 5:00 p.m..
- We have a detailed tracking system to accurately track inventory and report on sales. While it is rare, and the Boutique team exercise caution, the Guild cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Members will receive payment for their products sold at the October Guild meeting.
