Mahone Bay Quilters’ Guild 2026 Quilt Show Member Entry Form

The Entry Form for the 2026 Quilt Show will be live from 9 am on Monday June 1 until the end of the day on June 30. 

Before filling this in, please review How To Enter a Quilt into the Quilt Show for all guidelines and information.

Members may enter up to three entries. For each entry you need to fill in and submit this form separately. We ask that you rank the quilts in order of your preference for their inclusion, in case we run short of space. 

Before you start filling in the form, get all the essential information you need together:

  1. Height and Width of Quilt in inches
  2. Information about designer or source
  3. Quilt Story or Artist Statement if you want to include one. For tips on writing one, see the appropriate section in How to Enter the Quilt Show
  4. Decide if the quilt is for sale at the show and what your price is
  5. Prepare a digital photo of the quilt in jpg or png format and under 5 MB in size. The file name no longer has to be lastnametitle, it can be anything you like. For tips for resizing photos, see the appropriate section in How to Enter the Quilt Show

Mahone Bay Quilters' Guild Quilt Show 2026 - ONLINE ENTRY FORM

Members may enter up to three quilts in the 2026 Show. We ask you to fill in this form once for each quilt, and to rank the quilt you enter as 1, 2 or 3, according to your preference for its inclusion in the show. We will certainly hang your first choice and will make every effort to hang all your choices, but if we're overwhelmed by entries we may have to fold large quilts or limit the number of quilts in total. In all cases the hanging committee will be in touch with you!
