Almost 60 of our members, that's mre than half, came to the hall Monday night for our annual Christmas Pot Luck Dinner and party. Many were dressed in their best festive finery!
Mollie and Christine – a cats and dogs Christmas!
They came laden with delicious appetizers, main courses, salads and of course desserts. We are known for our delicious pot luck parties, but then I think all Guilds are the same.
Sandy, Leigh and Diane enjoy the appetizers.
We had prizes galore thanks to the Warm Company, members who made and doanted Christmas fabric bowls for the tables which were filled with Christmas candy and thanks to several Guild members.
Creative use of bags as hats for the scavenger hunt.
The new program committee came up with a scavenger hunt which was hilarious, we all enjoyed the hunt and the ensuing laughter. Teams were made up with whoever was at your table and the hunt was on for a wide variety of things that had to be found in our purses/bags or "on our person"! There were some very creative antics to come up with the items, the presentations, especially the musical ones were terrific. We are a talented bunch!
