Another wonderful MBQG quilt show and sale has been put to bed. Hard to believe but it was all down in less than an hour. Many thanks to all those who turned out to help, great crew!
While the numbers aren't finalized yet, we did do the draw for our Log Cabin Raffle Quilt and it was won by Elizabeth A. who is the girlfriend of the son of Mahone Bay's postmaster! Congratulations!

Then the votes were all tallied and we are thrilled to announce the winner of the CQA Viewer's Choice Award is "Windmills", a beautiful blue and white quilt made by Isabel Fancy.
Isabel received her CQA rosette from the CQA Nova Scotia rep Dorinda McCully
Isabel started the quilt in a Lynne Edwards workshop on curved piecing. It is beautifully quilted by our member Lynn Jones. Congratulations Isabel, well deserved.
Second place went to "Phantasmagoria" made by Christina Belding and quilted by Lisa Sipes.
Third place went to "Inner City" (which was hand pieced and hand quilted) made by Donna Veinot. Congratulations to both Christina and Donna.
