Once again we were blessed with a good weather day and a full moon, great driving weather! We had a wonderful turnout with 60 members and 2 guests. Thanks to everyone for coming out and making it a special and busy meeting!

We had 2 great demos with Sandy and Isabel and a wonderful "Meet the Quilter" with Dawn.
Dawn had a bin full of a wide variety of quilts, wallhangings, purses and table runners. For someone who works full time and has only been quilting for 10 years, she has accomplished a lot and I would say she is hooked!
We were intrigued with Dawn's traditional Newfoundland quilts.
Members were signing up for workshops and Ann talked about our Extraordinary Quilters, Lynne Edwards. We are all looking forward to Lynne's workshops and our 11th Annual Dessert Party.
We thanked Anna for her dedication and work for our Annual Cuddle Quilt Day over the last 16 years and we are grateful for Valerie, Sheila and Leverne who have volunteered to carry on with this great project.
