Brandon Wulff’s Biscotti Quilt Top Sample – 2 Day Zoom workshop, January 11 & 18, 2025
In this course you will learn Brandon Wulff’s Biscotti process. We will make a sample quilt top measuring about 32 x 20 inches that can be configured in multiple ways. This versatile and creative process takes you through building a Quilt top, the Chop and the Reconfigure, giving you all the tools to make a larger top at home.
Day 1, January 11th We will learn about the creation of the biscotti process and the work of Brandon Wulff. Quilt top to be completed for Day 2, January 18th.
Day 2, January 18th: We will cut and reconfigure the quilt top and sew it back together.

When: Saturday January 11th & January 18th, 2025
Time: 10 – 1 each Saturday

Supply List

• Sewing machine with a 1/4-inch foot
• Stache of fabrics – Brandon will go through this process on January 11th. The
more contrast the better the result.
• Total of 10 fabrics but it’s best to have more on hand. This quilt top can be
made with 10 fat quarters.
• Neutral or coordinating thread to your fabric
• Rotary cutter
• a 3.5” x 3.5” ruler or template would be handy but not 100% needed
• Standard 24” ruler
• Cutting mat
• Iron and Spray starch
• A design wall
