available from August 1 to 29, 2026

  • Please submit one form for each unique item, or each category of items (where you have multiples) that share the same price.
  • The name of your sales item is required, i.e. needle case, pin cushion, placemats, etc.  Also, the approximate size in inches will help us identify the needed space for your items.
  • This year we’re asking you to pick a category or categories that your items might belong in — this will help us plan our display!
  • The units available means all units of the same/similar item that are also the same price.  If you have placemats for sale (4 in a set) and you have 3 sets all at the same price then your units available will be 3.  If you have a similar item but a different price then you must submit that item on a new entry form.
  • For any donations we also require that you use the entry form. Please include what you feel the price should be.
