Quilts of Valour Sew Day 2026

We are delighted to welcome everyone back for a Quilt of Valour Sew Day on Saturday Oct. 24th from 10-3 at our cozy meeting space, Trinity United Church.
Pack up your sewing machine, your trusty sewing kit, and a little lunch to keep you fueled for fun. Coffee and tea will be provided.
A sign-up sheet will be ready at the Sept. 14th meeting. The pre-sewn blocks we’ll be working with were generously donated by the Quilt of Valour organization and our guild member, Johanna Benning. Much like our last QOV Sew Day, we’ll be adding sashing to these blocks and stitching our way toward two quilt tops. It’s meaningful work, shared together, stitch by stitch.
