SUMMARY:June Monthly Guild Meeting - AGM and Catered 35th Anniversary treat
DESCRIPTION:This is our Annual General Meeting which will include election of new Executive members.  Our meeting will also be accompanied by a treat to celebrate our 35th Anniversary!  We will be enjoying catered appetizers\, cake and tea & coffee. \nDoors open at 5:30 pm. \nAGM: The meeting begins at 6 pm. \nCatered: Appetizers\, 35th Anniversary Cake and tea & coffee \nFat Quarter Draw: no draw for this meeting \n\n\n\nAnnual General Meeting Information \n\nRead the Annual Reports included in the June Newsletter.\nDoors open at 5:30 pm with meeting starting at 6 pm\n Appetizers and cake will be served following the meeting.\nPlease bring your utensils\, (mug/cup\, cutlery\, and plate)\nCoffee and tea will be served.\nDon’t forget to bring your Presidents Challenge Project.\nLibrary books can be returned but not borrowed.\nVolunteer of the Year will be announced.\nThere will be no Sew and Tell or Fat Quarter Draw\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT GUILD MEETINGS: \n\n\n\nIn Person Check-in: Please give your name at the front desk when you arrive. If you have questions about anything\, someone at the desk can help. There will be raffle tickets and a revised membership renewal form available to pick up. \nGuests: Members are permitted to bring a non-member guest to the meeting two times. This can be in person or virtually. Please advise Membership (mbqgmembership@gmail.com) if you plan to bring a guest\, so they may be properly introduced at the meeting. \nLibrary: Before the meeting is a great time to return items borrowed from library. \nDonation items: Your quilt donations are welcome at any meeting. \n\n\n\nAnd please remember that for all in-person meetings: \n\n–  Events are scent free\n–  You should wear a name tag – any type is fine. You can order a printed Guild name tag from Elizabeth or make your own.\n–  Don’t be shy about introducing yourself to someone you might not know – we have many new members\n–  Return any library books you have
