SUMMARY:September Monthly Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Welcome Back! Hope we see you at our first meeting of the year. \nThis year\, we’ll repeat our Meet and Greet session. There will be a game – Have you Ever? and prize draws throughout the meeting.  If you have some ugly fabric on hand\, bring a metre with you and join in another game that will send you home with a variety of fabrics. \nProject Pouch Exchange:  if you are participating\, be sure to bring your completed project pouch to the meeting. We can’t wait to see them. \nFat Quarter Draw:     theme for September is batiks! The more you bring\, the better your chances are of winning.\, \nSew & Tell: The meeting will wrap up with sharing our completed projects. Look for the sign up sheet. \n\n\n\nGENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT GUILD MEETINGS: \n\n\n\nDoors open at 6:30 p.m. for evening meetings and at 12:30 p.m. for afternoon meetings\, unless otherwise stated.  \nIn Person Check-in: Please give your name at the front desk when you arrive. If you have questions about anything\, someone at the desk can help. There will be raffle tickets and a revised membership renewal form available to pick up. \nGuests: Members are permitted to bring a non-member guest to the meeting two times. This can be in person or virtually. Please advise Membership (mbqgmembership@gmail.com) if you plan to bring a guest\, so they may be properly introduced at the meeting. \nLibrary: Before the meeting is a great time to browse our library and borrow one of the new acquisitions. Our Librarian always welcomes suggestions for library purchases. \nDonation items: Your quilt donations are welcome at any meeting. \n\n\n\nAnd please remember that for all in-person meetings: \n\nEvents are scent free\nYou should wear a name tag – any type is fine. You can order a printed Guild name tag from Elizabeth or make your own.\nDon’t be shy about introducing yourself to someone you might not know – we have many new members\nReturn any library books you have
